Her past roles include Interim Director and Director of Employee Experience at the Birmingham Education Foundation\, Director of Learning and Development at Baptist Health System\, and Consultant with the Healthcare Experience Foundation. Most recently\, Kathy served as Executive Vice President of Community and Volunteer Engagement for The World Games 2022 Birmingham\, overseeing initiatives like Supplier Diversity\, Education\, Sustainability\, and Volunteerism.\n\nNow\, through her mission\, B-Intentional\, Kathy helps organizations strengthen connections and cultivate intentional leadership. She specializes in coaching emerging leaders\, fostering employee engagement\, and guiding individuals to discover their strengths. She also created You Are God's Original (UAGO)\, a fusion of Bible study\, music\, and movement\, and authored the devotional journal PassageWalk \, a 33-day walking program combining fitness and Bible study.\n\nKathy actively serves on several boards\, including the UAB National Alumni Society and YMCA\, and has received awards such as the Diversity and Inclusion Award from the Birmingham Business Journal. A native of Birmingham\, Kathy holds a degree in Criminal Justice from UAB and a Master's in Management from Faulkner University. She is married to Chip Boswell\, with two children\, including her son Parker\, who passed away in 2020.
