Albertville Chamber of Commerce Launches “Shop Sand Mountain” Campaign to Encourage Shopping Local
Albertville, AL – November 3, 2025 — The Albertville Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the launch of its new Shop Sand Mountain campaign, a community-wide initiative designed to promote local shopping, support small businesses, and strengthen the regional economy across Sand Mountain.
Beginning November 3, Chamber members will proudly display new Shop Sand Mountain window decals to identify themselves as part of the campaign and to encourage residents and visitors alike to shop local first. The campaign will feature a variety of programs, promotions, and events aimed at highlighting the importance of supporting local businesses throughout the holiday season and beyond.
“When you shop local, you’re investing directly in your community,” said StanWitherow, President of the Albertville Chamber of Commerce. “Every purchase made on Sand Mountain supports jobs, local schools, and the unique character that makes our region special. This campaign is about celebrating that pride and strengthening the ties between our businesses and the people they serve.”
The Shop Sand Mountain campaign will include:

  • A Shop Local Passport Program, allowing shoppers to earn rewards for visiting Chamber member businesses.
  • A social media spotlight series featuring local merchants and their stories, shared with the hashtag #ShopSandMountain.
  • Special promotions tied to Small Business Saturday and local Christmas Open House events.
  • A Shop Sand Mountain Holiday Gift Guide showcasing member businesses and local gift ideas.
The campaign will continue into 2026 as an ongoing initiative to drive community engagement, attract new members, and enhance the visibility of local businesses throughout the region.
